SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing the next business day. Processing typically takes 1 business day. Orders arrive within 5 business days from the date of processing.

Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to start processing the same day. Delivery times are based on the transit time of the selected service.

EU & International orders must be placed by 14:00 (2:00 PM) GMT to start processing the same day. Orders placed after this deadline will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times apply to orders placed Monday – Friday only.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €150.

International Shipping

Renovo Skin ships internationally. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country's customs department upon arrival.

The shipment recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees and for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Renovo Skin does not collect duties or taxes and cannot predict what charges may apply. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please contact us at info@renovo-skin.com.

Tracking Your Order
